In short: by using the Site you accept this document and the Privacy Policy; some features also have their own published rules, and if any of them contradicts this page, whichever is more favorable to you prevails.

By accessing or using AR4 Mercados ("the Site", "we"), you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any of its provisions, you must refrain from using the Site. Continued use after an update of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Which documents make up the agreement. In addition to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, for those who use those features: the official rules of the prize program and those of each stage, published before it opens; the odds of the AR4 Wheel; and the Methodology and transparency page. Those pages set out the details of a feature; these Terms are the general rule. If they said different things about the same point, whichever is more favorable to you applies, and we correct the contradiction as soon as we detect it or you report it to us.

What is NOT part of the agreement. The terms of brokers, exchanges, prop firms and payment processors are your contracts with them (section 22). And no message from a user, no response from the AI assistant and no comment on social media modifies this document.

For the purposes of this document: "Content" is all text, analysis, chart, tool, course or material published on the Site; "User Content" is what you post (forum ideas, comments, messages, images, stories, polls, journal entries); "Community" means the social features (forum, chat, profiles, private messages, stories, rankings); "Premium" is the paid membership, in any of its forms (monthly subscription or one-time monthly or annual payment, by card or via Yape); "Diploma" is the training certificate issued upon completing an Education program; "User" is any person who accesses the Site, registered or not.

And, for the games and prizes part: "Points" are the participation units the Site credits to your account for using it (section 17); "Ticket" or entry is each participation that your points, your account and your invitees give you in a draw (section 18); "Draw" is each stage of the prize program carried out on an announced date; "Wheel" is the redemption of points for platform rewards hosted at /canjear (section 19); "Partner" is the broker, exchange or prop firm through which a prize is delivered; and "AI Members" are the Community accounts that post using artificial intelligence and are declared as such: they are house characters, not people, and they do not take part in any prize.

AR4 Mercados is a platform of educational and informational content about financial markets (forex, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and stocks), comparisons of brokers and prop firm accounts, and a community of traders, aimed at a Spanish-speaking audience in Latin America.

We are not a broker or a securities intermediary. We do not hold or manage third-party funds. We are not a regulated investment advisor and we do not offer personalized financial advice. No content on the Site — including analyses with real data, calculation tools, the AI assistant, educational modules and downloadable tools installed on your own platform, such as Aria Radar — constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, nor a promise of returns. Those tools are limited to marking on your chart the technical conditions that you yourself configure; they do not assess your personal situation, they do not open trades and they do not replace your judgment.

In short: this is everything the Site does today; what is not here is not contracted.

As of the date of this version, the Site offers: editorial content (News, Market Flash, Trading Ideas, Trading psychology, guides and economic calendar, largely written and published with declared AI, section 5); Education, an academy organized in modules with quizzes graded on our server, with a free track and an institutional Premium track, each with its diploma (section 9); Community (forum, chat, profiles, followers, private messages, stories, polls, trading journal, watchlist, missions, streaks, ranks and leaderboards, sections 7 and 17); calculation and simulation Tools (section 10); the AI assistants "Aria" and the "AI Market Copilot", with a daily message cap on the free plan; the AR4 Chart and its per-instrument pages (section 5.1); comparisons of brokers, exchanges, copy trading and prop firms (section 11); the downloadable indicator Aria Radar (section 10.1); Premium and the avatar catalog (section 8); points, draws, prizes and the Wheel (sections 17 to 19); the exchange of USDT for soles (section 27); and the mobile app, which is the same Site packaged, to which the conditions of the store you install it from are added.

None of these features executes trades on your behalf, connects to your broker account, or has access to your money. We do not hold anyone's funds, in any form and by any means.

Trading currencies, CFDs and other leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing all of the invested capital, and it is not suitable for everyone. When the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) restricted these products, it required brokers to publish the percentage of their retail accounts that lose money, and it measured that between 74% and 89% of those accounts lost money (ESMA, March 27, 2018). Before opening an account, check the percentage that the broker you are interested in publishes today. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results. Before trading with real money, assess your financial situation, your risk tolerance and, if possible, consult a financial advisor authorized in your jurisdiction. Every trading decision and its consequences are exclusively yours.

Part of the Content (Trading Ideas analyses, News summaries, Trading psychology articles, responses from the "Aria" assistant and the "AI Market Copilot") is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence on real market data, with supervision of the system, not piece by piece (we explain this in the next paragraph). This content describes the market; it does not predict it. Quote, indicator and calendar data come from external providers (TradingView, Yahoo Finance, among others) and may contain delays, interruptions or errors beyond our control. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or continuous availability.

How daily content is published. The automatic generators write and publish on their own, with the source linked and checked automatically: there is no human review piece by piece before publishing, as we explain in About us. We supervise the system and correct the errors we detect or that you report to us.

The AI Members. Some of the forum posts are written by house AI accounts, declared as such in their profile. They are not people, they do not take part in any prize and they should not be taken as the real experience of a trader. If an account looks to you like an AI Member without being declared, report it.

Aria and the Copilot. The assistant always presents itself as AI and never pretends to be a person. It does not give buy or sell signals or price predictions, neither to those who pay nor to those who don't, and it does not replace a financial advisor, an accountant, a lawyer or a mental health professional. It can be wrong: double-check what matters before acting. Your conversations are processed through an external AI model provider, with the details given in the Privacy Policy.

In short: we build the cryptocurrency chart by combining public data from several exchanges, and the rest comes from Yahoo Finance; it is study material, not the official price source for anything.

For cryptocurrencies, the AR4 Chart does not reproduce a provider's chart: it collects the public candles of five exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase and Kraken), converts them into a single format and adds them up, and updates the live price by connecting to those same sources. For the other markets (currencies, indices, commodities and stocks) the data comes from Yahoo Finance through a function of the Site itself.

This leads to limits worth keeping in mind: if an exchange does not respond, the chart is drawn with the remaining ones and the volume shown will be lower than the real one; the price differs between platforms and the one you see here is not necessarily the one at which your broker would execute you; and data from traditional markets may arrive with a delay. The AR4 Chart, its per-instrument pages and the practice sessions you save are study material: they are not an accounting record, nor an official quote, nor proof of anything before a third party. We do not guarantee their accuracy or continuity and we are not liable for decisions made based on them.

In short: the Flash summarizes headlines from other outlets as fast as it can; speed and accuracy don't always go together.

The Flash collects headlines from external sources, translates or summarizes them automatically and always links to the original. The headlines, trademarks and rights of the linked material belong to their outlets, not to us; our contribution is the selection, the translation and the context. An automatic summary can get a nuance wrong or arrive late, and a headline can later be retracted by its own source. Check the original before making a decision involving money. If one seems wrong to you, let us know and we will correct it or remove it.

To use the Community, the AI assistant, diplomas and Premium you need an account. You must (a) be at least 18 years old, (b) provide truthful information, and (c) keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms, with notice and an opportunity to respond except in the case of serious violations.

One account per person. Each person may hold a single account on AR4 Mercados. Accounts are personal and non-transferable: the benefits (Premium, points, ranks, diplomas) are tied to your account and your identity. Creating or using duplicate accounts —for example, to repeat bonuses, evade suspensions or transfer benefits— may result in the suspension of all the accounts involved.

In short: the Site is for people over 18; if we detect an account belonging to a minor, we close it and delete its data.

AR4 Mercados is not directed at people under 18 and creating an account before that age is not allowed. The reason is not a whim: in Peru, as a general rule, full legal capacity —the capacity to bind oneself in a contract like this one— is reached at eighteen, in accordance with article 42 of the Civil Code as worded by Legislative Decree No. 1384. In addition, the Site deals with leveraged markets and awards prizes that require being of legal age.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the holder of an account is under 18, we suspend it, exclude it from any prize and delete its personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy; if a Premium payment was made, the unused portion is refunded. If you are a mother, father or guardian and you believe a minor in your care opened an account, write to us from the contact page and we will close it. No part of the Site or its advertising is directed at minors.

In short: your password is yours; we never ask you for it, and if you suspect someone got in, let us know as soon as possible.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what is done from your account while it is under your control. We will never ask you for your password by any means, nor for your identity document via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, private messages or an email address other than the one published in the prize rules: if someone does, it is not us.

Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. When the notice arrives in time, we do not hold you responsible for the use a third party has made of your account from that moment on: we suspend it while the matter is investigated and we correct the points earned or spent fraudulently.

In short: you can delete your account yourself; what you posted in other people's conversations stays, but without your name.

You can delete your account at any time, without giving explanations and from your own profile, without writing to anyone. When you do, with the details described in the Privacy Policy: your private messages and their images, your stories, your profile photos, your notification subscriptions and your trading journal are deleted; active recurring charges are canceled; and your profile is anonymized, so that your posts and comments remain in the conversations where you took part but no longer carry your name (deleting them would break other people's threads).

What is lost, stated before and not after: when you delete the account you lose your points, your draw tickets, your ranks, your avatars and access to your diplomas, and the loss is permanent. If you had Premium in progress, deleting it means giving up the remaining days. We keep only what a regulation requires us to keep and the irreversible fingerprint of the email that prevents the welcome bonus from being claimed twice, as the Privacy Policy explains.

In short: here people share analysis, they don't solicit money. A filter reviews what is posted, automatic monitoring checks it again around the clock, anyone can report, and the moderation team decides.

In the forum, comments, chat, stories, bios and private messages:

  1. No soliciting money. It is not allowed to offer investments, managed accounts, paid signals or private groups, nor to advertise returns ("earn 3% daily", "I double your money"), nor to ask people to write to you on WhatsApp, Telegram or another network for that purpose. Not in private either.
  2. No promises of results. No profit is guaranteed: present your ideas as your reading, with its risk. Warning about a scam or a false promise is allowed, and the filter is designed to let it through.
  3. Respect. No insults, harassment, discrimination or threats, and no impersonating another person, an AI Member or AR4 staff.
  4. No spam or personal data. No advertising or referral links of your own, no link shorteners, and no phone numbers, emails or anyone's data in what is public (not yours either). New accounts cannot post links to other sites until they are 48 hours old and have some activity.
  5. How moderation works. An automatic filter reviews what you write before posting it and tells you which part is not allowed. There is also 24/7 automatic monitoring: every 10 minutes, rules and artificial intelligence re-review what has been posted in the forum, comments, chat and stories, as well as new reports (private messages are only read if someone reports them). It only hides what is clear —solicitation, scams, serious harassment or another person's personal data— and notifies you with the reason; what is doubtful is not hidden: it is reviewed by the team moderators, trusted people appointed by the administrator who carry the «Moderator» badge. There are no people online 24 hours a day; that is why automatic monitoring exists. All of this sometimes gets it wrong in both directions: that is why reporting exists.
  6. Reports. With an account you can report a post, a comment, a chat message, a private conversation or a profile, choosing the reason. Whoever was reported does not know who reported them. If three accounts with a track record on the site report a post, a comment or a chat message, it is hidden while the moderation team reviews it.
  7. Measures. The moderation team can make hidden content visible again, remove it, warn the account or suspend it from posting: moderators, for up to 7 days; the administrator, from one day to one year. Only the administrator deletes content permanently, and repeat offenders may lose their account (section 20). Each measure is recorded with who took it and the person is notified with the reason, as explained in section 7.2.

In short: don't cheat with points, don't use bots against the Site, don't impersonate anyone and don't post anything illegal.

In addition to the above, and anywhere on the Site, the following is prohibited:

  • Multiple accounts. Creating or using more than one account to accumulate points or tickets, repeat bonuses, get around a cap or a suspension, or multiply your chances in a draw.
  • Point farming. Inflating them with empty or coordinated activity: posts without content, chain comments, cross-voting between colluding accounts, filler messages, invitations to accounts that are not real people, or donations between accounts belonging to the same person.
  • Automation. Using bots, macros, extensions or scripts to act for you: spinning the Wheel, completing modules, answering quizzes, posting, reacting or building up a streak.
  • Mass data extraction. Systematically crawling, copying or downloading the content of the Site or its users' data, or reusing them to set up an equivalent service. Search engines that respect our robots.txt are the intended exception.
  • Attacks on the platform. Accessing non-public parts, bypassing Premium or academy controls, reverse-engineering our server functions, interfering with them or overloading them.
  • Exploiting bugs. Knowingly exploiting a bug to obtain points, Premium, avatars, tickets or prizes. If you find one, report it: it is appreciated and not penalized.
  • Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, AR4 staff, an AI Member or a partner.
  • Spam and solicitation. Unauthorized advertising, chain messages, referral links of your own, recruitment for signal groups, "account management" or any offer of returns.
  • Illegal or harmful content. Material that infringes third-party rights, sexual, violent or hateful content, other people's personal data without their permission, malicious links or anything prohibited by law.
  • Reselling access. Sharing, lending, renting or selling your account, or redistributing the academy material, the downloadable tools or Premium content.

In short: there is a filter when posting, 24/7 automatic monitoring and human review by the moderation team; we tell you what happened to your content and you can dispute it.

What is posted in the Community goes through an automatic filter that blocks, among other things, promises of guaranteed returns, offers of investment or managed accounts, insults, solicitation links and phone numbers or emails displayed for everyone to see. It is calibrated not to punish those who warn about fraud: "there is no such thing as guaranteed returns" must be possible to write. Even so, a filter gets it wrong in both directions, and that is why the report button and human review exist. What is posted and what is reported is automatically re-reviewed every 10 minutes, at any hour; when that review hides something, the case remains pending so that a person from the team can confirm it or restore it.

When we remove content or restrict an account, we inform you of the measure and its reason in your Community notifications, and you can respond from the contact page; if we agree with you, we restore what was removed. Only in serious cases —illegal content, risk to other people, fraud in progress— do we act first and explain afterwards. We do not promise to review everything that is posted, nor that what remains posted has our approval: users' opinions are their own.

In short: what you post remains yours; you give us permission to display it within the Site, and if you delete it, that permission ends.

Everything you post remains yours. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide and revocable license to store it, copy it for technical purposes, adapt its format to each screen and display it within the Site and the app as part of the service, including our own home pages, listings, summaries and notifications. For that and nothing more: we do not sell your content, we do not license it to third parties and we do not use it in paid advertising without asking your permission beforehand and separately.

The license lasts as long as the content is published. If you delete it or delete your account, it ends for whatever is removed, with two honest exceptions: technical backup copies take a reasonable time to disappear, and posts within someone else's conversation remain without your name (section 6.3).

By posting you declare that you have the right to do so and that you are not infringing anyone's rights. And remember that the forum is public: anyone can read it, including search engines. Don't post data there that you don't want to be seen, or screenshots showing your account or broker details.

In short: write to us with the details below and we will remove the material while we review it; you can also go directly to Indecopi.

If you are the owner of a work —or their representative— and you believe something published here reproduces it without authorization, write to us from the contact page indicating: (a) which work it is and what right you hold, (b) the exact address of the content on ar4mercados.com, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement that you believe in good faith that this use is not authorized. Upon receiving it we remove or restrict access to the material while we review it and notify the person who posted it, who can reply; if the reply shows that the use was legitimate, the content is restored.

It is our own procedure, to resolve things quickly and without lawyers involved, and it does not replace or condition your legal rights: copyright in Peru is governed by Legislative Decree No. 822 and its enforcement falls to the Copyright Directorate of Indecopi, which you can approach directly, before or after writing to us. Repeat-offender accounts are suspended.

Premium is offered in three card-based options, all processed by Mercado Pago —your payment data is handled directly by that platform and is never stored on our servers—, and also through a manual payment option via Yape available only in Peru:

  • Monthly subscription with automatic renewal. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge of the current price until you cancel.
  • One-time payment for one month. It gives 31 days of access and does not renew: when it ends, Premium access stops on its own without any additional charge.
  • One-time annual payment. It gives 365 days of access and does not renew automatically either.

As an alternative for those who don't use a card, in Membership we offer payment of one month of Premium (S/ 105) via Yape. It is a manual payment: Yape does not notify us of anything, so activation depends on you sending us the confirmation. Conditions of this option:

  • Requires an existing account. Premium is activated on an existing AR4 account. If you pay without having registered, there is no account on which to activate it.
  • Before paying you can verify who you are paying. Write to us at contacto@ar4mercados.com, AR4's contact email —the same address that the confirmation button opens— and we will confirm the details of the receiving account. Your Yape app also shows you the name of the account holder before you confirm the transfer: if it does not match the one we gave you, do not send anything.
  • Activation time: 24 hours at most from when we receive your confirmation by email at contacto@ar4mercados.com (transaction number, date and time, amount, your account email and a screenshot of the payment). It normally takes minutes.
  • Refund. If after that period your Premium is not active, or if the payment cannot be verified, we refund the full amount via Yape to the same number you paid from. This refund is specific to this option and does not alter what is set out below for card payments.
  • Alternative channel. If you get no reply to your email, you can file a claim from the contact form stating the Yape transaction number, the date and time of the payment, the amount and your account email. That form does not accept attachments: keep your screenshot in case we ask for it later. You can also leave a formal record in the Complaints Book.
  • Confirmation. Upon activation we email you proof of activation, with the date from which your access runs.
  • Scope. It gives 31 days of access, does not renew and is added to the time you already have, just like the one-time card payment. The transfer is processed by Yape, under its own terms and privacy policy; your confirmation reaches us by email at the mailbox on AR4's own domain.

One-time payments are added to the time you already have: if you buy one while you have an active subscription, those days are saved and start counting when the subscription ends, so you never lose paid time.

Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the Membership page while logged in. When you cancel, no further charges are made and you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid. No prorated refunds are issued for periods already started, unless the applicable law of your country provides otherwise. If the subscription price changes, you will be notified before it applies to your next renewal.

In short: they are decorations; you buy them once, they stay in your account and they give no advantage.

In the Community you can buy avatars from the catalog by paying in soles through Mercado Pago; the price of each one is shown on its card before paying. Conditions:

  • What you buy. The right to use that image as your profile avatar. It is purely decorative: it gives no points, tickets, access or advantage of any kind.
  • One-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It stays linked to your account for as long as the account exists.
  • It cannot be transferred, sold or lent. If you delete your account, it is lost.
  • If we stop offering it, those who already bought it keep it. If for a technical reason we had to remove one already purchased and could not give you an equivalent one, we refund what you paid.
  • If the payment went through and the avatar does not appear, write to us: we will activate it or refund the full amount.

Avatars obtained with points or on the Wheel are not a purchase and are governed by section 17.

In short: if we don't deliver what you paid for, we refund your money; if you simply changed your mind, days already paid are not refunded, but you can cancel so as not to pay more.

First of all, because it is often taken for granted and it is not so: in Peru there is no general right to withdraw from a distance purchase and ask for the money back within a set period, like the one recognized by the European Union or other countries. It does not exist in the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, and we are not going to promise it here only to then not honor it. What Peruvian law does grant you is the right to restitution of what was paid when the provider has used aggressive or deceptive commercial methods, within the seven (7) calendar days following the contracting or the start of the service, under article 59 of Law No. 29571, which refers to the practices in its article 58. That right is yours, whether we say so here or not.

Above that minimum, these are our rules for the three payment options:

  • Full refund if you paid and Premium was never activated, if a charge was duplicated, if we charged you a renewal after you canceled, or if we removed a paid feature without being able to offer you anything equivalent. For payments via Yape, what is stated in section 8.1 also applies.
  • Prorated refund if we close your account without any breach on your part (section 20), or if the service is interrupted for a prolonged period due to a cause attributable to us.
  • We do not refund the days elapsed or the remaining time when you simply decide to stop using the service, nor time lost due to a suspension caused by a breach on your part. Premium is charged for access, not for usage.
  • How it is refunded. Through the same method you paid with and at no cost to you, within the fifteen (15) business days following acceptance of the refund; how long your bank or Yape takes after that no longer depends on us.
  • Canceling is not refunding. Canceling stops future charges and lets you use what you paid for until the end. You can do it from Membership, while logged in and without giving explanations, which is also what article 47 of Law No. 29571 requires: being able to withdraw through the same means used to sign up.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and we don't give it to you, you have the Complaints Book (section 16) and Indecopi (section 23).

In short: the price is charged in soles, you are notified before it goes up, and your bank may add its own charges if your card is from another country.

Prices are shown and charged in Peruvian soles (PEN), with any applicable taxes already included in the amount you see. The dollar amounts on the website are for reference: if you pay with a card issued outside Peru, your bank converts at the exchange rate of the day and may add its fee for international purchases, which we neither charge nor control.

Price changes. We can adjust them going forward, and a change never applies to a period already paid: one-time payments are locked at the amount you paid. For the monthly subscription we notify you before the new price reaches your next renewal, and you can cancel before that date while keeping your current access. We never raise the price retroactively or without notice.

Promotions. Launch prices and campaigns are announced with their duration and conditions, and do not oblige us to keep them afterwards. If a price were published due to an obvious error, we will correct it and tell you before charging you; if we had already charged you the wrong amount, you choose between keeping what you contracted at that price or having us refund what you paid.

In short: if your card declines the renewal, Premium stops, but your account and everything in it remain intact.

If a renewal charge is not completed, Premium access is interrupted at the end of the period already paid and your account moves to the free plan. We do not create debt, we do not apply surcharges, we do not send your case to collections and we do not delete anything: you keep your account, points, diplomas and history, and you only stop having the paid features. You can reactivate Premium whenever you want. If a charge was applied by mistake or you don't recognize it, write to us before disputing it with your bank: it is usually resolved faster.

When you complete an academy program (the free track or the institutional Premium track) with all its assessments and a minimum average of 75/100, you can issue a digital diploma with the name you declare. Diplomas are internal training certificates of AR4 Mercados: they certify completion of the full program within our platform (they are not issued for individual modules) and they do not constitute official academic degrees, professional certifications or licenses of any kind. The name you write for the diploma is saved in your account and sent to our server: it is the one printed on the diploma. On the public verification page that name is shown partially hidden (only the initials of each word), together with the program, the date and the final grade; whoever has the paper in hand can check whether the printed name matches, but the page never reveals it in full. We do not publish your email or any other contact details.

In short, about what follows: quizzes are graded on our server, the name is confirmed only once, and a diploma obtained by cheating is voided.

How it is obtained. Quizzes are graded on our server, not in your browser, and their answers are not published: it is the only way for a diploma to mean something. Modules are taken in order and you must take the assessment for each one; if you don't pass you can retake it, and the first passing grade is kept.

The name you confirm when issuing your first diploma is saved privately in your account and is confirmed only once, because the diploma's usefulness depends on it. Write it correctly: we correct a genuine mistake, but we do not put a diploma in another person's name.

Public verification. Each diploma has a verification page that can be looked up with its code, showing the program, the date, the final grade and the name partially hidden, never your email. Being verifiable does not make it an official degree: it is still an internal certificate of our academy.

Voiding. We can void a diploma and remove its verification if it was obtained through automation, with improperly obtained answers, from a duplicate account or in the name of someone who did not take the course. We inform you and you can respond before it becomes final, except in cases of evident fraud.

Syllabus. The academy is updated and we may correct, reorder, add or remove modules. If we remove one, diplomas already issued remain valid and the recorded progress is not lost.

The calculators, simulators, risk lab, planners and other tools on the Site perform mathematical operations on the data you enter or on third-party market data. They are study aids: their results do not take into account your personal situation or the exact conditions of your broker (spreads, commissions, slippage, swaps), and they should not be taken as the sole basis for any decision involving real money.

The same applies to what you save in them: the trading journal, the watchlist and the Chart practice sessions are your personal notes. They are not an accounting or tax record, we do not audit or certify them and they do not serve as proof before your broker, your bank or any authority. Make your own copies of what matters to you.

In short: it is a tool that you install and you configure on your own platform; what it does in your account is your responsibility.

Aria Radar is an indicator for MetaTrader 5 that we deliver, only to registered accounts, as a compiled file. It runs on your computer, inside a third-party platform, on a broker account that is yours: we do not operate it, we do not see your account and we cannot stop it.

  • What it does. When the technical conditions that you configured are met, it draws a directional alert on your chart with three levels calculated from those same conditions —entry, stop and target— and notifies you. Those three numbers are the arithmetic result of your configuration, not a recommendation from us or a forecast: it does not open or close anything and the decision is always yours (section 3).
  • License. Personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, decompile, modify or offer it under another name. We deliver the compiled file and not the source code, so that nothing bearing the AR4 name does things that AR4 did not write.
  • Your configuration is yours. We are not liable for the trades executed in your account, nor for losses, slippage, disconnections or failures of the terminal or the broker.
  • No guarantee of results or continuity. It is delivered "as is"; we may update it or stop distributing it, and we do not guarantee compatibility with every version, broker or operating system either, because MetaTrader 5 is a third-party product.

Some reviews and comparisons include affiliate links or sponsorship agreements, always marked as "Sponsored" or "Affiliate link". If you open an account through those links we may receive a commission, at no additional cost to you. Sponsored brokers and exchanges do not get a better score for it: our AR4 Trust Score is calculated with public criteria and weights, and the drawbacks of each service are published just like the advantages. Both formulas —the one for brokers, out of 100, and the one for exchanges, out of 10— are published component by component in Methodology and transparency.

What a comparison of ours is and what it is not. The profiles and rankings of brokers, exchanges, copy trading and prop firms are editorial opinion built on public data as of a specific date. They are not a recommendation to sign up, nor a certification, nor a guarantee of solvency, of current regulation or that you will be paid. A data point may become outdated between reviews. Check the relevant regulator's register before depositing money. Some commercial partners appear marked as such and outside the score-based ranking, precisely so that paying does not buy a position.

Your relationship is with them, not with us. If you open an account with a broker, an exchange or a prop firm, whether you arrive through an affiliate link or on your own, the contract is between you and that company. We are not a party to it and we are not liable for its performance: not for their withdrawals, their spreads, their evaluation rules or their customer service. Tell us anyway: we cannot resolve it for you, but we can review their profile and, if appropriate, correct it or remove it.

The original content of the Site (texts, courses, design, iconography, code and the "AR4 Mercados" brand) belongs to us or is used under license. You may share excerpts citing the source with a link; substantial reproduction or commercial exploitation without written authorization is prohibited. The content you post in the Community remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Site as part of the service; the exact scope and its expiry are in section 7.3. TradingView widgets and other third-party resources are governed by their own licenses.

What you can do with our content. Read it, print it for yourself, share the link and quote short excerpts stating the source and linking to the original. Without written authorization you may not: reproduce complete articles, modules or profiles on another site; use our content to train or feed automated systems that reproduce it; sell or incorporate into a product of your own the academy material, the tools or the data of the Site; or use the "AR4 Mercados" brand, its logo or its visual identity suggesting a sponsorship or an endorsement that does not exist.

If you believe we copied something of yours, or that a user or one of our automatic generators did, the procedure is in section 7.4.

In short: we are not liable for what you lose trading or for what third parties do, but we are liable for what is ours, and we do not try to escape what the law does not allow us to escape.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the Site is offered "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of being free of errors or interruptions; (b) we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the Content or from decisions made based on it; (c) we are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties linked from the Site (brokers, prop firms, payment processors), whose relationships with you are governed by their own terms. None of the above limits liabilities that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

What we are liable for. For the service we charge for and for our own acts: delivering to you what you paid for, refunding your money when appropriate (section 8.3), safeguarding your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, delivering the announced prizes under the published rules, and responding to your claims within the time limits of sections 16 and 23. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for willful misconduct or negligence, nor shifts to you liability for our actions, nor requires you to waive a legal right: such a clause would be void in Peru under article 50 of Law No. 29571, and we wouldn't want it either.

What we expect from you. That you use the Site as these Terms provide. If by breaching them you cause harm to another person or to us, that harm is yours and you will answer for it to whoever is entitled.

We may add, modify or remove features of the Site to improve it. In the event of relevant changes to these Terms we will update the "last updated" date and, when they affect paid services, we will communicate them with reasonable advance notice. If a change substantially harms you as a subscriber, you can cancel before your next renewal.

In short, about what follows: we notify you of important changes in advance, and they never apply retroactively.

How we notify you. Each version carries its "last updated" date in the header and in the PDF. When the change affects what you pay, your points, the prize rules or your rights as a consumer, we will also communicate it to you with reasonable advance notice through a visible notice on the Site, a notice when you log in to your account or an email. For minor changes —a typo, a clarification, a reordering— the updated date is enough.

Nothing applies retroactively. A change does not alter a payment already made, does not take away points already earned and does not change the rules of a draw already open (section 18). If you do not accept a new version, your way out is to stop using the Site and, if you wish, delete your account (section 6.3); if you were a subscriber, cancel before your next renewal while keeping the access already paid.

Changes to the service. If we remove a feature included in Premium without replacing it with an equivalent one, section 8.3 applies. If we remove a free feature where people store data, we will announce it with reasonable advance notice so that you can copy it beforehand.

Provider. The service is provided by the owner of the AR4 Mercados brand through the virtual commercial establishment ar4mercados.com. Premium charges are issued in Peruvian soles (PEN): card payments are processed by Mercado Pago and Yape payments are verified manually, with the confirmation you send us by email to contacto@ar4mercados.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to the non-waivable consumer protections of your country of residence. For inquiries, claims or notices, write to us from the contact page or at the email address contacto@ar4mercados.com; we respond within a reasonable time.

In accordance with article 150 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) and its Regulations (Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM and amendments), this virtual commercial establishment has a Complaints Book at your disposal, linked from the footer of every page and usable without needing an account. There you can file a claim (dissatisfaction related to the product or service) or a complaint (dissatisfaction not related to them, or discontent with the service received). We reply to the email you provide within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, with the details and the source in the next paragraph. Filing an entry does not prevent you from using other dispute resolution channels, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with Indecopi.

The time limit, with its number. We respond to every claim and every complaint filed in the Book within a maximum period of fifteen (15) non-extendable business days, in writing and to the email you provide. That time limit is not ours: it is set by paragraph 24.1 of the Code, as worded by Law No. 31435 (published on March 22, 2022), and the Complaints Book Regulations include it for claims and complaints since Supreme Decree No. 101-2022-PCM. Nor can we make handling your claim conditional on you paying anything first.

And yes, this obligation applies to a website. Since Law No. 32495, published on November 11, 2025, article 150 of the Code expressly names "every digital e-commerce platform" alongside commercial establishments, and article 151 requires them to display the link to the Book permanently, visibly and accessibly. That is why the link is in the footer of every page of the Site and not hidden in an inner section.

In short: points measure your participation on the Site. They are not money, they cannot be bought or withdrawn, and they are worth nothing outside of here.

AR4 Mercados credits community points for using the Site. They are used to rank up, to be redeemed for spins on the Wheel (section 19) and to be converted into draw tickets (section 18). This section exists because points come close to money without being money, and it is worth having that boundary in writing.

How they are earned. Always for free and by participating: the welcome bonus when creating the account (only once per email inbox); completing academy modules by passing their quiz, which is by far what pays the most, with an extra if the assessment is perfect; the streak of consecutive days; daily missions; posting, commenting, voting and taking part in the chat, each with its daily cap; and invitations, when the invited person confirms their email and posts their first analysis, up to a maximum per person. The exact figures are published in Prizes and in the Community, and may be adjusted going forward. The daily caps are intentional: without a ceiling, two accounts voting for each other would drain the prize program to everyone's detriment. Reaching the cap does not block the feature; it just stops paying points that day.

  • They are not money or a means of payment. They have no monetary value, they are not a balance of yours or a deposit, they do not earn interest and they are not a debt we owe you.
  • They cannot be bought. We do not sell points and paying for Premium does not give points.
  • They cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash, nor into a transfer, nor into cryptocurrencies, nor into anything outside the mechanics of these Terms.
  • They cannot be transferred freely. The only transfer allowed is the donation between users that the Site itself offers, with its limits and never to another account of yours. Buying or selling them outside the Site is prohibited and voids the points and, where applicable, the accounts.
  • They do not create a vested right to win a prize, to the rules not changing, or to compensation if the program changes.

We can correct a balance credited due to a system error, a knowingly exploited bug or the conduct described in section 7.1; if the correction is downward we tell you why and you can respond. If the error was ours and it harmed you, we correct it in your favor without you having to ask.

We can change how much each action pays, always going forward: that does not take away points already credited. Today points do not expire; if the opposite were ever decided, it would be announced with reasonable advance notice, with a period to use them and without affecting a draw already open.

They are lost when spent, when an improper balance is corrected, when the account is closed for a breach (section 20) and when you delete it (section 6.3). There is never compensation in money, because they were never money.

In short: taking part is free, the list of participants is frozen, the winner is decided by public randomness that you can recalculate yourself, and prizes are delivered by partners with the deadlines and conditions explained here.

AR4 Mercados runs a prize program that is distributed in stages, each with its prize and date announced in Prizes before it opens. These are the general rules; each stage may have specific rules that are published before it starts and that, in whatever they add, prevail over this section. No stage distributes the total declared value of the program at once.

  • Only registered accounts of people over 18 take part, one per person, and participation is free: no purchase is necessary to accumulate tickets or to enter.
  • The following are always excluded, as a rule: AI Members, the house's technical accounts, deleted accounts, the account of the Site's owner and accounts with administrator rank. Prizes are for people, and the house does not play for its own prizes. Also excluded are duplicate accounts and those that have accumulated points through the conduct described in section 7.1.
  • The exception, stated before and not after: some prizes require active Premium (the Wheel's grand prize and some direct redemptions), and that Premium may have been won for free on the Wheel itself.
  • Ticket formula, public and the same one the server runs: 1 base ticket for having an account, plus 1 for every 100 points, plus 1 for each invitee who completed their sign-up, up to the published maximum. The list is frozen when the draw is run: later points count toward the next one. A change of formula is announced before the next draw, never in the middle of an open one.
  • If your country of residence prohibits taking part in promotions like this, or imposes requirements we cannot meet, we will not be able to deliver the prize to you: check before taking part.

The winner is not chosen by AR4: the public randomness of the drand beacon is used, published by institutions around the world, which we neither control nor can predict. That randomness is interpreted as a number and the remainder of dividing it by the total number of tickets is calculated; that remainder is the winning ticket, with tickets numbered from zero and distributed in alphabetical order of lowercase username.

For each draw we publish the drand round, its randomness, the total number of tickets, the winning ticket and the winning user, so that the calculation can be redone. The full list of participants is not published because it contains the names of everyone who took part; if you want to redo the entire calculation, ask us for the exact snapshot of that draw at the email in the rules —without sending us any identity document for that— and we will send it to you.

  • Announcement. Winners are announced in the Community —username only— and are contacted at their account email.
  • Deadlines. In ticket draws, the winner has 24 consecutive hours from the announcement to claim the prize at the email in the rules (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays count); after that period without a claim, or if the data provided is false, the prize is voided and is not drawn again. Once claimed, it is also voided if the winner stops responding for more than 30 days while delivery is being coordinated. The Wheel's grand prize is claimed at the email in the rules within the 72 hours following the spin, and the Wheel itself shows the deadline already calculated in Lima time. Maximum of one grand prize per person every 90 days.
  • Prizes in dollars are not withdrawable cash. They are credited as trading funds in the account of the partner broker that AR4 indicates, opened through our official link. There is no delivery in cash or by transfer, and whether they become money depends on you trading and on the broker itself, with its real risk of loss.
  • Prop firm accounts are delivered as a partner's evaluation or plan. Their declared value is the account size, not the cost of the evaluation: what is won is the right to trade that capital, not that money.
  • Conflict of interest, declared. Some of those links are affiliate links and we may receive a commission from the partner for that account opening, including the one for the prize itself, at no additional cost to you.
  • They are not transferable or redeemable for money outside what is described, and they are also subject to the partner's terms, which we do not control. Digital prizes (points, avatars, Premium days) are credited automatically.

Before delivering a grand prize or any prize in dollars we ask the winner for a valid official document whose name matches the one registered in their account, and to be over 18; we may also ask for a short video call, which is not recorded. It is a rule for everyone and it protects the program from multiple accounts.

The only channel is the email published on the Prizes page. AR4 will never ask you for your document via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, the chat, private messages or from another email address: if you are asked for it there, it is not us. The image is not forwarded to the partner —we only pass them name and email— and it is deleted after delivery, with the details and legal basis given in the Privacy Policy. Refusing to validate is equivalent to not claiming: the prize is voided.

The prize is voided, without exceptions, if the winner has multiple accounts, obtained points through fraud or automation, provided false data or impersonated someone, knowingly exploited a platform bug, did not claim in time or breached these Terms or those of the partner. Before delivering a grand prize we review the account's points history. A voided prize is not delivered to anyone and is not drawn again.

Each winner is responsible for the tax obligations that the prize may create for them according to their country of residence and personal situation. We do not act as a withholding agent and we do not deduct any tax from the prize, unless a regulation in force requires us to; if that were the case, we would tell you before delivery and it would be stated in the record. We do not give tax advice: if the prize is of a significant amount, consult an accountant in your country.

We may postpone a draw for a justified reason (an outage of the Site, a failure of the randomness beacon, a problem with the partner): it is announced on the same page, with the new date, and tickets are kept. We may modify the schedule and mechanics to ensure fairness, always announcing it there and never on a draw whose list has already been frozen.

If a draw is canceled permanently for a reason that prevents delivering the prize, we will announce it with its reason and tickets are not lost: they carry over to the next draw. If the entire program were canceled, we would announce it with reasonable advance notice and would first run the stages already open. A cancellation is never compensated in money: taking part was free and points were never money (section 17). If an announced prize stops being available on the partner's side, we deliver another of equivalent or greater value, notifying the winner beforehand.

We run this program as a free-participation commercial promotion: no purchase is necessary and no tickets are sold. In Peru, the requirement of prior authorization for commercial promotions was removed from the functions of the authority that granted it by the First Complementary Amending Provision of Legislative Decree No. 1246 (published on November 10, 2016), which rewrote paragraph 5 of article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 1140, leaving only raffles for social purposes and public collections. Even so, article 15 of Law No. 29571 still refers draws, redemptions and contests to the relevant regulations, and its article 14 requires clearly stating, in each announcement, the duration of the promotion and its conditions and access restrictions: that is what this section and the Prizes page do. If a specific stage required prior authorization or registration, we would obtain it before opening it and would state so in its rules.

In short: the Wheel is paid for with points and not with money, and it does not give out money: it is a redemption, not a bet.

The AR4 Wheel, at /canjear, lets you redeem points for a spin. Its conditions:

  • It costs points, never money. You cannot pay for a spin with money, buy points to spin, or cash out the result: it is a redemption of platform rewards, not a game of chance with a wager.
  • One spin every 24 hours counted from the previous one: it is a reward for consistency, not a machine to drain your balance in one sitting.
  • It always delivers something and the odds are published segment by segment. The result is decided by the server with cryptographic randomness before the wheel is animated: the animation only shows a result already decided, and no one can influence it, not even us.
  • Digital prizes are credited automatically, and Premium days are added to those you already have without you losing paid time.
  • The grand prize is drawn only among accounts with active Premium at the time of the spin; without Premium that segment pays points, and the page says so beforehand. It is claimed within 72 hours and is governed by section 18.
  • If a spin fails due to a technical problem and the points were deducted without delivering anything to you, write to us: we restore the spin or the points.

If the prizes, their odds or the cost of the spin changed, the page is updated at the same time: the published odds are the ones that are executed.

In short: if you break the rules we can restrict or close your account, almost always with prior notice and always with the possibility for you to respond.

Why. We can restrict, suspend or close an account for breaching these Terms, especially the Community rules and prohibited conduct (sections 7 and 7.1); for fraud against the points or prize program; for impersonation; for posting illegal content or content that puts other people at risk; if the holder is under 18 (section 6.1); or if a competent authority orders it.

How, and what you can do. We act proportionally and, where possible, in steps: warning, removal of the content, temporary restriction, suspension and, as a last step, closure. We inform you of the measure and its reason at your account email and you can respond from the contact page; if we agree with you, we reverse it and restore what was removed. Only in serious violations do we act first and explain afterwards, but the right to respond does not disappear. A preventive suspension is not a conviction: it lasts a reasonable time and, if nothing is confirmed, it is lifted and the Premium you could not use is compensated.

What happens to what you had. If we close your account without any breach on your part, we refund the prorated portion of unused Premium (section 8.3); if the closure is due to a serious and proven breach, the remaining days are not refunded. Points and tickets are lost upon closure for a breach, and tickets in an already frozen draw are voided. A pending prize is voided in accordance with section 18.4. Diplomas are kept unless they were obtained through fraud. Your data is handled as in a voluntary closure (section 6.3), and you can request its deletion even if the closure was decided by us. Creating another account during a suspension is grounds for closing all the accounts involved.

In short: we work to keep the Site always available, but we do not promise it will never fail.

We do not promise 100% availability or a maximum response time, either on the free plan or on Premium. The Site may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures of our providers (section 22) or force majeure (section 25). We try to carry out long maintenance during low-activity hours and announce it beforehand; we address unplanned interruptions as soon as possible, and if a prolonged one affects paid features, section 8.3 applies.

If the Site is not operational on the announced date of a draw, the draw is postponed in accordance with section 18.6: a draw is never run without the public randomness that makes it verifiable. Prices, charts, the calendar and headlines may be interrupted or delayed for reasons beyond our control (sections 5 and 5.1). And we make backups for the security of the service, but we are not your personal archive: if any of your content is important, keep a copy.

The Site is offered for personal use. Automated, massive or abusive use of our server functions may be limited to protect the service for everyone else.

In short: almost everything you see here relies on services from other companies; if one fails, that part of the Site fails.

AR4 Mercados does not build its own infrastructure. As of the date of this version it depends on: Netlify (hosting, server functions and login); Supabase (database and files); Mercado Pago (card payments and subscriptions; your card data is handled by that platform and never goes through our servers); Yape for manual payment in Peru; Yahoo Finance, TradingView and the public exchanges in section 5.1 for market data; Anthropic, as the provider of the AI models that respond in Aria and the Copilot; the public drand beacon for the randomness of the draws, which precisely we do not control; Cloudflare (delivery network and cookieless Web Analytics, which always loads because it does not create individual profiles, as the Privacy Policy explains, and whose infrastructure processes IP addresses to serve the page and defend it from attacks); Google and Meta for measurement and advertising, only after your consent; and the app stores, with their own terms.

What happens if one fails. The feature that depends on it becomes unavailable for as long as the failure lasts, and we cannot fix it on our own or promise a timeframe. We will do what is reasonable to notify you, offer an alternative when one exists and, if it affects something you paid for, apply section 8.3. We are not liable for damage caused directly by a third party, which does not exempt us from being liable for what is ours (section 13). We may change providers; if the change affected the processing of your data, it would be reflected in the Privacy Policy.

In short: write to us first and we will reply within a set time; if you are not satisfied, you have the Complaints Book and Indecopi, and we never ask you to give up either of them.

Step 1. Write to us. It is the fastest way and almost everything gets resolved there: from the contact page or by email to contacto@ar4mercados.com. Tell us what happened, when, and your account email; if it is a payment problem, add the amount and date.

Step 2. The Complaints Book. To leave a formal record, file an entry in our Complaints Book, available without an account. We reply in writing within a maximum of fifteen (15) non-extendable business days (section 16).

Step 3. Indecopi. You can go to Indecopi whenever you want: under article 105 of Law No. 29571 it is the authority with primary jurisdiction and national scope to hear alleged violations of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code. There is also the Consumer Arbitration System, created by article 137 of that same Law to resolve consumer disputes in a simple, free, fast and binding way, wherever an arbitration board has been established.

And this is what you won't find here: we do not ask you to exhaust our channel before filing a complaint, we do not ask you to waive filing a complaint, we do not force you into private arbitration, we do not prohibit you from joining with other people and we do not impose time limits shorter than the legal ones. Such a clause would be void in Peru, and we don't want it.

In short: we write to your account email and post notices on the Site; keep your email up to date and be wary of any other channel.

From us to you. Matters related to the contract —changes to these Terms or to prices, notices about your account, the outcome of a claim, delivery of a prize— are sent to the email registered in your account or published as a visible notice on the Site, and are considered received from that moment. Keep that address up to date and check your spam folder. In-app notices and push notifications are an additional channel, not a substitute.

From you to us. Through the contact page, the email contacto@ar4mercados.com (the same one published in Prizes for prizes) or the Complaints Book. A message through another route —social media, a comment in the forum, a private message to another user— does not count as a valid notice, because we cannot guarantee that we will read it.

Official channels. Only those published on this Site. We will never ask you for passwords, verification codes, card details or your document through channels other than those in sections 6.2 and 18.4; if someone does so in our name, let us know. Operational notices about your account are always sent because they are part of the service; promotional communications are governed by what you accepted and you can stop receiving them whenever you want (Privacy Policy).

  • Assignment. You may not assign your account or your rights. We could only assign the contract in a reorganization, merger or transfer of the business and provided that your conditions do not get worse; we would notify you in advance and, if it does not suit you, you could cancel and request a prorated refund of what you paid in advance.
  • Severability. If an authority declared a clause void or unenforceable, the rest remains in force; the affected clause is replaced by the valid interpretation closest to its purpose and, if there is none, it is deemed not to have been included.
  • No waiver. The fact that we do not enforce a right at a given time does not mean that we waive it. And the fact that we accept something once does not create a new rule.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents in section 1 form the agreement on the use of the Site and supersede prior communications on the same matter, without limiting the rights that the law grants you as a consumer.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event beyond its reasonable control and unforeseeable: natural disasters, widespread power or internet outages, prolonged outages of essential providers, cyberattacks, conflicts or decisions by authorities. The obligation is suspended for as long as it lasts and resumes afterwards; if it prevented the service from being provided for a prolonged period, section 8.3 applies. Force majeure is not an excuse for not refunding money that does not correspond to a service provided.
  • Headings and survival. Titles and numbers are for guidance and do not alter the clauses. After the end of the relationship, the sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, claims, governing law and any outstanding payment or refund obligations continue to apply, by their nature.

This contract is entered into in Spanish, and the version published on ar4mercados.com is the only official one. If we ever published a translation, it would only be a reading aid: in the event of any difference the Spanish text prevails, and we will respond in Spanish. The current version is always the one published on the Site: the downloadable PDF is generated automatically from this same page, carries its date and is a reading copy that does not replace it.

Who provides this service. The USDT exchange is provided by the founder of AR4 Mercados in a personal capacity, as an individual, under the trade name AR4 Servicios. Their full identification appears in the downloadable document Methodology and transparency, section «Who provides the exchange service». It is not an exchange house or a financial institution, it is not supervised by the SBS or the SMV, and it does not hold client balances or accounts: each transaction begins and ends on its own. Between the moment the user sends their funds and receives the consideration, what was received is in AR4's charge and AR4 is liable for it. The balances involved are not covered by deposit insurance of any kind.

How it works. The exchange is closed directly with AR4, outside any platform, through a reservation at /p2p: there is no third-party custody or arbiter in between, and AR4 is directly liable. If at any time /p2p were to link again to an AR4 P2P ad on Binance, a transaction made within that ad will also be governed by that platform's terms; the page indicates which is the case before the user provides any data.

The price. The buy and sell prices are set by AR4 and shown at /p2p, with their figure, before starting the process; if a side has no price, that exchange is not offered at that moment. The price of a reservation is set by the server with the price in force when it is created —never by the user's browser—, it is locked upon confirmation and for 45 minutes; after that period the reservation expires and must be redone at the price at that moment; if the user paid after expiry, AR4 may reopen it at the current price and informs them before completing it, or return what was received. If you notify from your reservation that you already sent your payment within the 45 minutes, your price is honored even if AR4 confirms it later, provided that the payment arrives and AR4 records its receipt no later than 3 hours after the reservation expires, counted only within the exchange's business hours (while the service is closed, that time does not run); if the payment actually arrived late, or its receipt is recorded after those 3 hours, it is treated as a late payment and AR4 may offer to close the exchange at the price at that moment or return what you sent. If the price changes while the user is filling in the reservation, nothing is created: the page shows the new price and they must confirm it again. AR4 may leave a side without a price when its price has gone too long without being reviewed. Neither the user nor AR4 is obliged to trade before that confirmation.

What is asked of the user and why. The first time, the user needs a free AR4 account created with their real name, the one on their DNI, and to verify their identity in their profile, only once (section «Identity verification»). To make a reservation, they type twice the email to which the details and notices of their reservation are sent —that email is not confirmed with a code, and typing it correctly is the user's responsibility— and verify their mobile phone with an SMS code; they also declare their name exactly as it appears on the account from which they pay or into which they receive payment, which must be the one on their DNI. With a verified account, the reservation assistant fills in the name from the DNI and the account email, and if the profile already has their mobile phone verified it does not ask for the SMS code again. From S/ 2.000, a declaration of the source of funds is also required, along with a statement that they are trading on their own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. The declared information is kept linked to the transaction; its processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Identity verification. To protect the user's money and AR4's from scams using third-party accounts, AR4 asks the user to verify their identity only once, before their first transaction: without it, the payment details are not shown. Verification is done in the profile of their AR4 account —the account is free and must be created with the user's real name, the one on their DNI— and is tied to that account. It consists of a photograph of their DNI, both sides, and a selfie, with their express authorization; it takes about 2 minutes and is only for people over 18. Verification is carried out by Didit, a specialized provider, which checks that the document is authentic and that the face in the selfie matches the one on the document. The images are processed by Didit; AR4 keeps only the result, the name on the DNI and an irreversible fingerprint of the document number with its last 3 digits, as detailed in the Privacy Policy (section 3.1). Each user trades for themselves: they verify their own identity with their own DNI, and the accounts from which they pay or into which they receive payment must be in their name, the one on the verified DNI. Verification does not expire: anyone already verified —in their profile, or earlier in an exchange with the same email and the same mobile phone— does not repeat it. Anyone who verified earlier without an account, with their email and mobile phone, can keep trading without an account with that same email and that same mobile phone; if they change email or mobile phone, they need their verified AR4 account. With a verified account, the reservation assistant skips this step; that is why it is a good idea to get verified beforehand, from the profile, so the exchange takes a minute. If the user starts a reservation without being verified, what they have already typed (the amount, their name, their email and their mobile phone) is saved only in their browser, for up to about 24 hours, while they create their account and get verified; when finished, «Back to my exchange» resumes the reservation, and that data is deleted from the browser when it is resumed. If the verification is under review, AR4 notifies them by email when it is resolved, with a link back to /p2p. Their public profile shows a gold «Verified identity» check, which does not show their name, DNI or photo and which anyone who sees their profile can see; in the Community the user appears under their nickname, and their real name is not published. Without an approved verification, no payment details are shown and the reservation is not created; the user can try again.

The name on the reservation is the one on the DNI. With the verification approved, the name written in the reservation must match the one on the DNI. To compare them, accents, capitalization, spaces and word order do not count, nor do particles such as «de», «del» or «de la». The first given name and all the surnames on the DNI must appear (in Peru, both); the middle name and any following ones, as well as a married surname, may be omitted; a single letter counts as the initial of a given name; and no word that is not on the DNI may appear. If it does not match, the reservation is not created until the user corrects it. The payment must come from an account in the name of that same person: AR4 compares the holder of the transfer with the name on the verified DNI.

Only for people over 18. The USDT exchange is only for people over 18, like the rest of the Site (section 6.1). When identity is verified, age is checked against the date of birth on the DNI as of the date of verification: anyone who turns 18 that same day can already trade. If the user is a minor, the reservation is not created. AR4 does not keep the date of birth, only whether the person is of legal age.

Payment rules. The transfer in soles must come from an account in the user's own name, the one on the verified DNI; a payment received in the name of a third party is not considered received and is returned to its origin (section «Account block and withholding of what was received»). The mobile phone and the mobile wallet: if the user pays via Yape, Plin or Lemon Cash, the payment must come from the same mobile number confirmed for their reservation, which is the one they confirmed by SMS in the reservation or the one verified in their profile. If they pay from another number, the payment is returned to the same origin and the reservation does not proceed. Anyone who wants to pay from another number must first confirm it by SMS in the reservation itself, with the «Use another phone» option. The same rule applies to receiving payment via Yape, Plin or Lemon Cash if receiving payment through those methods were ever offered; today soles are paid out only by transfer, to an account with a CCI in the user's name. Cash is not accepted. The destination account details are provided only once, upon confirming the reservation, and also by email to the address the user typed in their reservation.

Proof of payment. To notify AR4 that they have already paid, the user attaches to their reservation the photo or screenshot of the receipt: for a USDT purchase, that of their transfer, made from an account in their name; for a sale, that of their USDT transfer, plus the transaction ID. It is requested to verify the payment and prevent fraud, and without it the payment cannot be reported from the page; if the page does not let them upload it, the user can reply to their reservation email with the receipt attached. Photos or screenshots (JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC) and PDFs are accepted, one or two files per reservation, which can be replaced while the reservation remains open. The receipt does not replace AR4's own check: the payment is considered received only when AR4 sees the money in its account, in the user's name, or the USDT on the network. A receipt that has been altered or does not correspond to the payment is a sign of fraud (section «Account block and withholding of what was received»). Only AR4 sees it and it is kept for as long as the reservation, 90 days, as explained in the Privacy Policy (section 2).

USDT transfers and supported networks. USDT is sent and received only via TRON (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). A transfer on a network other than the agreed one, or to an incorrect address, is irreversible and cannot be recovered by AR4 or by anyone. The destination address is provided by the user and is shown to them again on screen and by email for review before trading; checking it is their responsibility.

Destination details and user errors. The user is the sole party responsible for the accuracy of the destination details they provide: the address and network on which they receive the USDT, and the bank and account or CCI into which they receive the soles. Before creating any reservation, AR4 warns about this in the reservation form and asks for express confirmation: the user sees their details again, types their last characters and checks a box declaring that they reviewed them; the warning is repeated in the reservation email. When AR4 sends to the details the user provided, its obligation is fulfilled, and losses arising from errors in those details are borne by the user. Even so, AR4 will cooperate in good faith to try to recover the funds when technically possible —for example, by working with the bank or the platform that received them—, without guaranteeing the result. Errors attributable to AR4, such as sending to details other than those the user provided or an amount other than the one agreed, are AR4's responsibility.

Order of performance: the user goes first. Since there is no platform holding the funds, the user always sends first. When buying USDT, they first transfer the soles and AR4 sends the USDT once receipt of the payment is confirmed, in the user's own name. When selling USDT, they first send the USDT to the address shown in their reservation and AR4 pays the soles after confirming its arrival on the corresponding network. If a transaction could not be completed for any reason, the amount received is returned in full to the same origin it came from, in the name of its holder and without deductions; when its origin must first be clarified, it is returned once clarified (section «Account block and withholding of what was received»).

Limits and right of admission. Each side of the exchange has a minimum and a maximum amount per transaction, set by AR4 and shown by the /p2p calculator before starting the process (unless AR4 indicates otherwise, from S/ 20 to S/ 5.000). Above the maximum, the transaction is not closed in an automated way and must be coordinated through direct contact; that maximum also applies to the sum of a single user's open reservations. There is also a daily quota for all reservations combined, determined by the transfer limits of the banks from which the service operates; the /p2p calculator warns before starting the process if an amount no longer fits that day, and a reservation that exceeds it is not accepted. AR4 may also set a lower maximum amount for a user's first transaction (recognized by their email or their verified phone), and keeps a private list of emails, phones, addresses and accounts with which it has decided not to trade due to signs of fraud, third-party payments or abuse of the service: a reservation that matches that list is not accepted, without AR4 being obliged to state the reason. AR4 may reject or not complete a transaction when the details do not add up, when the payment comes from a third party, when there are reasonable signs of fraud or impersonation, or when it cannot be carried out under reasonable conditions; in all those cases what was received is returned, under the terms of the following section.

Account block and withholding of what was received. If the user pays from an account or a mobile phone that is not theirs, or AR4 notices signs of fraud or money laundering, AR4 may block their AR4 account and their access to the exchange, and withhold the funds received while it verifies their origin. AR4 is an individual, not a bank or an authority: withholding means only that it does not complete the transaction or return what was received while it verifies it. Once clarified, it returns it only to the originating account or wallet, in the name of its holder, in full and without deductions, and never to another account, another wallet or another person. When appropriate, AR4 reports it to the competent authorities, such as the UIF-Perú (section «Cooperation with the authorities» of section 27.1). This does not change the rule on destination details: if the user sends to a wrong address, network or account because of details they typed themselves, that loss is borne by them and AR4 cannot recover it, beyond the good-faith help described in the section «Destination details and user errors».

Verification of USDT transfers. When the user sends USDT, they can provide the ID of their transaction and AR4 verifies it by querying the corresponding public network directly, without manual intervention. That verification checks that the transaction was executed correctly, that the asset is the official USDT of that network, that the destination is AR4's address and the exact amount received. Providing that ID is voluntary and does not condition the user's right to be paid: it is only a faster route and leaves a written record of receipt. To check it from the page, the user first attaches the screenshot of their transfer (section «Proof of payment»). An ID already associated with another transaction is not accepted.

Amount actually received. Withdrawal fees applied by the user's originating platform are deducted from their own transfer, so the amount that arrives may be lower than the one agreed. In that case AR4 pays for the amount actually received, at the same agreed price, with no additional surcharge for the difference, and informs the user of both figures. The user can avoid this by adding that fee to the amount they send.

Business hours. Reservations are only accepted within the hours published at /p2p (Lima time). Payments or transfers confirmed outside those hours are handled the next day, starting at opening time, and keep the agreed price if the user paid or reported their payment within their reservation's time limit. Bank transfers may also be credited on the next business day depending on the bank.

Tracking. The user can check the status of their reservation at any time from the «Track your reservation» section of /p2p, identifying themselves with their reference and their reservation email. That lookup does not show payment details again of any kind: these are provided only once, upon confirming the reservation, and by email. From there the user can notify AR4 that they have already sent their payment, attaching their receipt, and, once the transaction is completed, view and print a receipt with the reference, the date, the type of transaction, the soles, the USDT and the price, issued by AR4 Servicios as an individual; the receipt is not a SUNAT electronic payment receipt.

Contact before and after paying. Before paying, the channel with AR4 is the reservation itself: «Track your reservation» at /p2p and the reservation email, which the user can reply to. The service's WhatsApp number is given only after the user has paid: in their reservation, once they have uploaded their receipt or their transfer ID, and in the emails that follow their payment. If someone writes on WhatsApp to a user who has not yet paid to give them another account or another address, it is not AR4 (section «Security: what AR4 never does»).

Security: what AR4 never does. AR4 never requests passwords, private keys or verification codes by phone, WhatsApp or any other means, and never asks for payment to an account other than the one shown in the user's own reservation. Any request of that kind, even if it invokes AR4's name, does not come from AR4.

Nature of the service. This is an exchange service, not investment advice or financial intermediation. USDT is a crypto-asset and its value may vary; holding and using it carry their own risks, including loss of value. The decision to trade is the user's.

Claims. This service is covered by the Complaints Book described in section 16 and by the procedure in section 23, on the same terms as the rest of the Site.

The situation, stated clearly. AR4 Servicios is provided by an individual, as indicated at the beginning of this section. It is currently not registered with the SBS or with the UIF-Perú as a virtual asset service provider (VASP/PSAV) or as any other obligated entity, and it is not a supervised entity. Even so, it voluntarily applies controls inspired by the Peruvian framework for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing —SBS Resolution No. 02648-2024, on virtual asset service providers, and the framework of Law No. 27693 and Legislative Decree No. 1106—: knowing the customer, not accepting third-party funds, setting limits, keeping records of transactions and rejecting those that are suspicious. Applying them by its own decision does not amount to being registered, supervised or overseen by those authorities, and AR4 does not claim so. If that situation changes, this section and the Methodology and transparency page will be updated beforehand.

The controls that are applied. All of them operate within the service itself:

  • Verified mobile phone with an SMS code, which is only sent to Peruvian mobile numbers, and email typed twice by the user. If payment is made via Yape, Plin or Lemon Cash, it must come from that same mobile phone (section «Payment rules»).
  • Verified identity with the DNI and a selfie, only once, in the profile of the free AR4 account and before the first transaction, and only for people over 18; the name on the reservation must be the one on the DNI (sections «Identity verification» and «The name on the reservation is the one on the DNI»).
  • No third-party funds. Soles come from an account in the user's own name and are paid to an account in their name. Before considering a payment in soles received, AR4 checks that the holder of the account that paid is the person who made the reservation; if not, the section «Account block and withholding of what was received» applies.
  • No cash. Transactions are made only by bank transfer or via Yape, Plin or Lemon Cash.
  • Limits: a minimum and a maximum per transaction, a maximum that may be lower for a user's first transaction, and a daily quota for all reservations combined (section «Limits and right of admission»).
  • Source of funds: from S/ 2.000, the declaration of the source of funds and that the user is trading on their own behalf (section «What is asked of the user and why»).
  • Destination confirmation: before making a reservation, the user types the last 4 characters of their USDT address or their CCI.
  • On-chain verification of USDT sales. When making a reservation, the user can declare the address from which they will send their USDT. A transfer is only considered confirmed without further review when it comes from that address, arrives on time and for the agreed amount; if the sender does not match, if no address was declared, or if the transfer comes from an exchange, the transaction goes to manual review before the soles are paid.
  • Private do-not-trade list (section «Limits and right of admission»).
  • Short time limits: the price of a reservation expires after 45 minutes, and an expired reservation with no sign of payment is canceled automatically 6 hours after it expires.
  • Limited attempts: each verification code lasts 10 minutes and allows 5 attempts, and identity verification allows a maximum of 3 attempts per person per day.

What AR4 reserves the right to do. AR4 may: (a) request additional information or documents before completing a transaction —for example, about the source of the funds or about who holds an account or an address—; (b) reject, suspend or cancel a transaction that appears unusual or suspicious, or whose information is not provided or does not add up, without being obliged to explain the reason at that moment; (c) stop trading with the details of that transaction, adding them to the private list; and (d) block the account and withhold what was received while it verifies its origin, as indicated in the section «Account block and withholding of what was received». When a transaction is not completed for these reasons, what was received is returned in full to the same origin it came from, in the name of its holder and once its origin has been clarified, as provided in the sections «Order of performance» and «Account block and withholding of what was received», unless an order from a competent authority prevents it. The user retains their avenues for filing claims (sections 16 and 23).

Cooperation with the authorities. AR4 will cooperate with the competent authorities when the law requires it and, when appropriate, will report to them transactions with signs of fraud or money laundering, for example to the UIF-Perú. In response to a request made in accordance with the law, it will provide the transaction information it holds at that time, limited to what is requested, as indicated in the Privacy Policy (section 5).

Records. What is kept from each reservation, and for how long, is what the Privacy Policy details (sections 2, 3.1 and 9). In summary: the reservation —with the user's details (their email and their verified phone), the amount, the price, the payment method, the source declaration when applicable, the dates of each step and, if there was one, the associated identity verification— is deleted from the database after 90 days; the result of the identity verification is kept while the user uses the service and is deleted after 24 months without trading or upon request (unfinished verifications, after 30 days); and the private list, for as long as its reason remains valid. Separately, AR4 may keep the accounting and tax records of its transactions for the period required by tax regulations. If a regulation were to require AR4 to keep these records for longer, the time limits will be adjusted and this will be reported beforehand in this section and in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited uses. The exchange may not be used to: (a) move funds that come from illicit activities or that are to be used for them; (b) trade on behalf of or at the request of a third party, or with another person's accounts, wallets, documents or data; (c) split an amount —into several reservations, over several days or among several people— to stay below a limit, the source-declaration threshold or any other control; and (d) evade these controls in any other way, for example by providing false data. A prohibited use allows AR4 to apply what is provided in «What AR4 reserves the right to do».

User declaration. By confirming a reservation, the user declares that the funds they deliver are their own and of lawful origin, that they are trading on their own behalf and not at the request of a third party, and that the data they provided is true. From S/ 2.000, that declaration is supplemented by the declaration of the source of funds made in the form itself (section «What is asked of the user and why»). If it proves false, AR4 may apply what is provided in «What AR4 reserves the right to do».
