Activation is manual and personal: it usually takes a few minutes and at most 24 hours from when we receive your confirmation. As soon as we verify your Yape payment, your account switches to Premium and we send you the proof by email. Your access runs in full from activation — you don't lose a single day.
If after those 24 hours your Premium isn't active, or if the payment can't be verified, we refund the full S/ 105 via Yape to the same number you paid from. And if you don't get a reply to your email, write to us from the contact form with the Yape transaction number, the date and time of payment, the amount and your account email. That form doesn't accept attachments: keep your screenshot in case we ask you for it later by email. Full conditions in Terms, section 8.1.

How the 10-minute trial works
So you can decide with Terminal Pro in front of you, not with a list of features.
- Create your free account or log in. Just email and password: it doesn't ask for a card or any payment details. If the site asks for your access PIN, confirm it.
- In the Terminal, tap «Terminal Pro» and then «Try 10 min free today». The Pro view opens instantly in that tab: 4 charts, entire monitor, full chain and uncut analysis. And with its live data: while your trial minute is running, the server gives you the same as Premium (live aircraft and ships, the cyclone cone and the full Breaking news ticker).
- The clock only runs while you're looking at the tab. If you hide it, it stops. It's 10 minutes per day (Lima time); when it ends, the Terminal goes back to the free version and tomorrow you have another 10.
Questions about Terminal Pro
T1Do I need a card to try Terminal Pro?
No. Just a free AR4 account (email and password). The 10-minute trial doesn't ask for a card or any payment details and doesn't turn into a subscription on its own: if you don't pay, you continue with the free Terminal and the next day you get 10 minutes of Pro again.
T2How are the 10 minutes counted?
Minute by minute, on your account, and only while the Terminal tab is in view: if you switch tabs or lock your phone, the clock stops. It's 10 minutes per day, counted in Lima time. When it ends, the Terminal goes back to the free version without closing anything on you.
T3Can I use the AR4 Terminal without an account?
Yes, 10 minutes a day. The time only runs while the Terminal tab is in view, is counted in your browser and starts over each day (Lima time). With a free account (just email and password, no card) the free Terminal has no time limit. We ask for the account to protect the service: every piece of data you see has a cost.
T4Can I pay with Yape?
Yes, if you're in Peru: S/ 105.00 for one month of Premium. Scan the QR in the plans section, check the account holder's name that Yape shows you and confirm the payment by email to contacto@ar4mercados.com with the transaction number and your screenshot. Activation is manual: usually a few minutes and at most 24 hours. Outside Peru, pay by card through Mercado Pago; the charge is issued in soles.
T5Can I cancel whenever I want?
The monthly subscription, yes: it has no lock-in, you cancel it whenever you want and keep Premium (Terminal Pro included) until the end of the month already paid. One-time payments (a single month or the year at S/ 1.050) don't renew on their own, so there's nothing to cancel, but the time you don't use isn't refunded either (Terms, section 8).
T6I already pay for Premium: will my price change or do I have to pay more for Terminal Pro?
No and no. Those who already pay keep their price: a subscription taken out before a change keeps renewing at the same amount, and the prices on this page (S/ 105 a month, S/ 1.050 a year) apply only to new charges. If they ever change, we'll notify you before the next renewal. Terminal Pro is included in your Premium: go to /terminal with your account and you'll see it active.
T7Does Terminal Pro have different data or give signals?
No. The sources are the same public ones that each Terminal panel cites; Pro changes how much you see at once and in how much detail. No version gives signals, buy or sell recommendations or promises results: it's a tool for reading the market, and the decision and the risk remain yours.

02Can I cancel whenever I want?
It depends on the option you choose, and it's best to be clear about it before paying. The monthly subscription has no lock-in: you cancel it at any time and keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid. One-time payments (1 month or 1 year) work differently: they don't renew on their own, so there's nothing to cancel and no surprise charges, but the days you don't use aren't refunded either (Terms, section 8).
03How is the payment processed?
Through Mercado Pago. We accept credit and debit cards. The charge is issued in Peruvian soles (PEN): S/ 105 for the month or S/ 1.050 for the year. If your card is from another country, your bank converts that amount to your currency at the day's exchange rate and may add its fee for international purchases, so what you see on your statement may differ from the dollar equivalent we show here, which is for reference. Yape, on the other hand, only works within Peru. Your payment details are never stored on our servers — they're processed directly by Mercado Pago.
04Are the Education diplomas official degrees?
No, and we'd rather tell you clearly: they're training certificates issued by AR4 Mercados with your name, date and verification ID, upon completing each module and its exam. They certify your progress within the academy; they are not a university degree or a professional license. The 31 free modules also award a diploma.
05What's the difference between basic and advanced Ideas?
Basic Ideas include market context, technical levels and standard disclaimers. Advanced ones go deeper with institutional concepts — order blocks, liquidity, scenarios with invalidation — and some are marked as Premium exclusives (you'll see a lock on the ones you can't view yet).
06Does subscribing to Premium affect my rank in the Community?
Yes. As soon as your subscription is active, your community rank automatically goes up to Premium (or your current rank is kept if it's already higher, such as Elite or Administrator), with no need to accumulate points for that level.
07I'm just learning to trade — is Premium useful for me now?
The 31 Education modules, the learning path and their diplomas are free for everyone — you don't need to pay to learn the essentials. Premium makes more sense when you want to take the leap: the 20-module institutional track, deeper analysis, unlimited Aria and posting without waiting.
08I don't trade every day — is it still worth it?
Yes — Premium doesn't require daily use. Advanced Ideas, the institutional track and Aria are available whenever you need them, and if you feel you're not getting value from it, you can cancel the monthly subscription at any time with no penalty. If instead of subscribing you pay for a single month or year, they don't renew on their own, but the unused time isn't refunded either.
09Does the AI give financial advice or buy/sell signals?
No. Aria and the Copilot describe the market with real data — trend, levels, volatility, risk — and help you with management and discipline, but they don't give signals or personalized investment recommendations. At AR4 we always say it: the decision and the risk are yours.
